Goiás TRT to receive CNJ’s ‘Conciliar is Legal’ award

The Goiás TRT obtained the best conciliation index in the branch of the Labor Judiciary during the 12 months preceding the last National Week of Conciliation and will receive, on the next 18/2, in the National Council of Justice, the ‘Conciliar is Legal’ award. The information is contained in a letter sent by the chairman of the said Council, Minister Dias Toffoli, to TRT-18.

Given the news, the president of TRT-18, judge Paulo Pimenta, went to the Judicial Center for Consensual Methods of Dispute Resolution (Cejusc) in Goiânia to personally thank the dedication of the civil servants and magistrates who deal daily with the conciliation.

According to the judge, the acknowledgment extends to all who work in conciliation in the Court, whether in the capital or in the countryside, since the award values the entire collective of TRT-18. “The winning of the award is a reason for great joy for the organ and the recognition of the daily work of each of our magistrates and servants as well as of each of our magistrates and servants, who understand the conciliation and therefore seek it as the best solution to the conflict and not just to the process “, said the judge, who stressed the commitment not only in specific weeks, but throughout the year, an effort that reverts” to the benefit of the society we serve “.

Paulo Pimenta stated that the award comes at a very good time, when management is turning, which is valued at the national level. “It values the work we do with this fundamental focus, which is to resolve the conflict.” As he explained, the category in which the TRT-18 was contemplated is the most relevant as the CNJ rewards regardless of prior registration. “Only two categories do not require prior registration, ours and the one that rewards the best performance in conciliation during the week of conciliation”.
